WSU College of Nursing nurse leader and researcher, Dr. Julie Postma, was inducted into the Western Academy of Nurses (WAN) on April 18th, 2024. Recognized for her outstanding contributions to nursing research, practice, and education, Dr. Postma joined 12 other professionals at the 2024 WAN conference Awards Lunch at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center in Salt Lake City, Utah.
WAN, established in 1989, honors individuals who have demonstrated excellence and dedication to the nursing field over the years. Dr. Postma’s induction reflects her impactful work and commitment to advancing health.
