Education Scholars Program (ESP)

The Collaboration for Interprofessional Health Education Research & Scholarship (CIPHERS) initiative is thrilled to announce the launch of its inaugural Education Scholars Program (ESP), a longitudinal faculty development program aimed at WSU health professions faculty who want to develop their skills in education scholarship.  

Co-facilitated by Drs. Judith Bowen, Professor and Associate Dean for Curriculum, and Dawn DeWitt, Professor and Senior Associate Dean at the WSU Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine, the ESP is open to all WSU health professions faculty from all campus locations. Individuals with teaching responsibilities who anticipate career paths dedicated to teaching, leadership, and scholarship in health professions education are encouraged to apply. 

The ESP will be hosted monthly from November 2022 – June 2023 in a hybrid format to accommodate in-person and virtual attendance.
