Moe Carrick “Bouncing Back? Or not.”

August 9, 2023 @ 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

$20

As healthcare professionals, we understand the toll the last few years have taken on us, compounded by the global pandemic and the resulting systemic and operational challenges. It’s time to break free from burnout, overwhelm, and stress. This workshop is specifically designed for nursing professionals in the Inland Empire, offering a space for connection, learning, and inspiration. Led by the remarkable Moe Carrick, a descendant of a long line of nurses and a seasoned healthcare sector professional, this workshop will empower you with the tools and techniques to build personal recovery and resilience using the SHELTER Model. Discover a model of Team Care that helps navigate ongoing stressors and explore the power of bringing your whole self to work. Through engaging activities, you’ll identify what you can let go of to create space for a more fulfilling life.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with practical ideas to show up differently for yourself, your team, your family, and your community with lightness and joy. The world needs you, so let’s come together, connect, and pave a new way forward.
