Mental Health First Aid

Learn how to identify, understand, and productively assist an individual with a mental health problem, mental health crisis, or substance use issue. Training includes discussions on mental health, emphasizes recovery, and skills-based application. More information about Mental Health First Aid at www.mentalhealthfirstaid.org.

- 2.5 hours prework
- 5.5 hours live training

- September 7th & 14th 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (Virtual, split over 2 weeks)
- September 9th 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (In-person, WSU Health Sciences Spokane campus)
- November 2nd 10:30 am – 5:30 pm
