Washington State University’s College of Nursing and College of Veterinary Medicine once again joined forces for the Healthy People + Healthy Pets clinic, held on April 17, 2025, at the WSU Spokane Campus.

The clinic offered free, compassionate care to individuals experiencing homelessness, living in shelters or transitional housing—and their pets. Attendees received vital health resources, from blood pressure screenings to vaccinations, reinforcing the value of integrated care for vulnerable populations.

Volunteers from both colleges filled the pop-up clinic with energy and compassion, delivering a wide range of services.
