All WSU Spokane students enrolled in seven or more credit hours in the fall and spring semesters and one or more during the summer pay a $100 student health and wellness fee per term. This fee provides you with access to limited primary health care and counseling services in Spokane or Yakima.

Counseling Services
Our WSU Spokane counselors are available to support your mental health needs through on-campus and virtual appointments. To make an appointment with a counselor, call 509-358-7740 during regular business hours or complete the Counseling Request Form.
If you are in crisis and need to speak with someone, and it is after regular business hours (8 AM – 5 PM) or a holiday or weekend, call the WSU Spokane Crisis Line at 509-368-6500.
Togetherall
Togetherall is a virtual mental health resource that can help you explore your feelings in a safe, supportive environment. Through Togetherall you will have access to an anonymous community where members can share how they’re feeling and support each other. This resource is clinically managed by trained professionals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Join Togetherall here.
Welltrack
WellTrack is an online self-directed therapy experience for managing depression and anxiety. WellTrack offers tools and resources to deal with these issues, relaxation exercises, simulated situations to deal with specific concerns (including public speaking), and a “Zen Room” to assist with meditation. Primary Health Care
If you need primary healthcare services, call 509- 471-7828 during business hours for an appointment. Students are encouraged to use private insurance for emergency care needs.

Teledoc
