Our integrated care model includes interventional pain management, psychological pain management, pharmacologic management, EMG/NCS diagnostics, and physical therapy. Position Summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA C) to join our clinical team in Washington State. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we provide structured training, mentorship, and a supportive environment designed to build confidence and clinical competency in pain medicine.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage medications in alignment with clinic protocols
- Collaborate with physicians on interventional pain procedures
- Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR
- Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews
- Provide patient education on pain conditions and treatment options
Training & Support
- Structured onboarding with experienced pain specialists
- Shadowing and mentorship
- EMR workflow training
- Procedure observation and competency development
- Ongoing clinical education
Compensation & Schedule
- Guaranteed compensation during training and ramp-up
- Transition to WRVU-based production compensation
- Average provider earnings: $160,000 annually
- Four-day workweek: Monday–Thursday
- No weekends or major holidays

Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA C in Washington State
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
- Interest in pain medicine, rehabilitation, or chronic disease management
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
