Coulee Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department team on night shift. The NOC Emergency RN provides compassionate, patient-centered care to Coulee Medical Center patients and their families.
This position requires the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a sometimes stressful environment while addressing patient concerns, advocating for patients, explaining procedures, relaying expectations, and gathering pertinent information to assist providers in determining care.
The Emergency RN also supports quality and patient safety by thoroughly documenting patient visits in accordance with current standards of care. The RN is expected to remain current on developments in emergency nursing and to support each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in a dignified manner consistent with Coulee Medical Center’s mission and vision.

- Weekend differential: $2.50/hour
Certificates and Licenses
- Current RN license required
- ACLS certification required or must be obtained within one year of hire
- NRP certification required or must be obtained within one year of hire
- BLS certification required or must be obtained within one year of hire
- PALS or ENPC certification required or must be obtained within one year of hire
All required certifications must be maintained throughout employment with Coulee Medical Center.
Sign-On and Retention Bonus
Qualified candidates are eligible for up to $10,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus paid upon hire
- $2,500 one-year retention bonus
- $2,500 two-year retention bonus
Any person who has been employed with Coulee Medical Center within the last 24 months is not eligible to receive recruitment-related sign-on and/or retention bonuses.

The pay grade range for this position has been finalized by the facility based on an evaluation of the role’s duties and requirements. The selected candidate will be placed within the appropriate range based on job knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
