Acute RN – Day Shift

Coulee Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse to join its team on day shift. With a strong nurse-to-patient ratio, Coulee Medical Center offers a diverse rural nursing experience in Grand Coulee, Washington.

This full-time, day-shift position works in both the Acute and LTS departments to quickly and efficiently address patient concerns while gathering pertinent information to assist providers in determining the best care.

The RN will supervise care provided by LPNs, HCAs, NACs, and other non-licensed personnel while serving as a patient advocate across the lifespan, from newborn through geriatric care.

  • Night differential: $3.50/hour
  • Weekend differential: $2.50/hour

Certificates and Licenses

  • Current RN license required
  • ACLS certification required or must be obtained within one year of hire
  • NRP certification required or must be obtained within one year of hire
  • PALS or ENPC certification required or must be obtained within one year of hire

Sign-On and Retention Bonus

Qualified candidates are eligible for up to $8,000 in sign-on and retention bonuses:

  • $4,000 sign-on bonus paid upon hire
  • $2,000 one-year retention bonus
  • $2,000 two-year retention bonus

Any person who has been employed with Coulee Medical Center within the last 24 months is not eligible to receive recruitment-related sign-on and/or retention bonuses.

The pay grade range for this position has been finalized by the facility based on an evaluation of the role’s duties and requirements. The selected candidate will be placed within the appropriate range based on job knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
