Position Summary
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA C) to join our clinical team in Washington State. New graduates are encouraged to apply, we provide structured training, mentorship, and a supportive environment designed to build confidence and clinical competency in pain medicine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Manage medications in alignment with clinic protocols
  • Collaborate with physicians on interventional pain procedures
  • Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews
  • Provide patient education on pain conditions and treatment options

Training & Support

  • Structured onboarding with experienced pain specialists

  • Procedure observation and competency development
  • Ongoing clinical education

Compensation & Schedule

  • Guaranteed compensation during training and ramp-up
  • Transition to WRVU-based production compensation
  • Average provider earnings: $160,000 annually
  • Four-day workweek: Monday–Thursday
  • No weekends or major holidays

Qualifications

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA C in Washington State
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
  • Interest in pain medicine, rehabilitation, or chronic disease management
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
