Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Children’s Hospital, the Region 10 Emerging Special Pathogen Treatment Center (RESPTC) is proud to sponsor a free symposium on special pathogens and emerging infectious disease.
The full day symposium focuses on safe and effective care for patients suspected or known to have a special pathogen as well as planning and preparedness for a special pathogens event. Topics range from the National Special Pathogen System (NSPS), training and education, PPE, lab considerations, EMS and transport, regional coordination, and planning. In-person attendance preferred however a virtual option is available.

Event Details For In Person Attendees:

All day parking fee $10 not included.
There is no registration fee and lodging for out of town guests will be covered. Transportation, parking, and incidentals will be the responsibility of the attendees.
For symposium attendees who live greater than 50 miles from Spokane, we will be covering the cost of a one night stay at the The Centennial Hotel in Downtown Spokane.
