About the author

Hello all, my name is Anna K. I have been a nurse for a little less than 10 years and it has been an amazing journey. While the hospital setting has been my primary place of work, I have always enjoyed community outreach and instilling hope in our young population. Depression is prevalent among our community. It is vital that we learn how to recognize and help anyone that is struggling with these symptoms. Thank you, and I hope you join the TAMARACK group in promoting mental health awareness in our community.
