Biography

Dr. Brumley started her nursing career as a commissioned office in the US Navy, and served on the USNS Mercy. After her release from active duty, she worked in the NICU as a charge nurse, assistant nurse manager, and Neonatal transport nurse. She has taught undergraduate nursing for Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, Gonzaga University, and Washington State University. She is a graduate of WSU’s PhD program and has a research focus in perinatal substance use.
