Part of the College of Nursing Spotlight on Research and Scholarship Series
This interactive virtual session provides an exemplar of the Graduate Research Assistant (GRA) role within WSU’s PhD in Nursing program. Participants will learn about the Counter Bias Training Simulation (CBTsim) Healthcare Study, A Novel Approach for Reducing the Impact of Implicit Bias on Healthcare Delivery, funded by the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities in partnership with Providence Health. The speakers will describe the student GRA’s contributions to the study, the GRA role, and the benefits of active parallel participation in PhD courses and current research.
