I am working with colleagues in Colorado to submit proposals to several foundations and government agencies to obtain funding for pipeline programing for post high school and college students who wish to enter nursing, medicine, or allied health careers. I did a brief lit review but wanted to ask:
- Do you have any data or information from your professional organizations or the literature on expected shortages as a result of health care professionals leaving due to pandemic experiences (burnout etc)?
