Role Description:
This is a full- or part-time on-site role for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse or Doctor of Nursing Practice at Eastern Washington Wellness located in Spokane, WA. You will be responsible for providing compassionate, comprehensive, and patient-centered psychiatric and mental health care services to clients across the lifespan. You will also work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, and monitor patient progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted nursing license in the state of Washington
Master’s or Docorate in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric and mental health nursing from an accredited institution
Ability to conduct comprehensive psychiatric and mental health assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide
psychotherapeutic interventions
Proficiency in the use of electronic health records and other healthcare technologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and provide patient-centered care
Pay Scale:
This is an independent practitioner position. All providers contribute to shared and collective space, and you are responsible for your own practice and billing.
