Job Description
Kinderhafen Partners LLC is a locally owned and operated duo of group homes, working hard to serve up to ten medically fragile children and their families. The mission is to provide individualized, evidence-based health care in a home setting. This allows the staff to respect and support the role of the family on a deeper level, all the while providing advocacy, care management services and education for the caregivers and family alike.

We are looking for energetic, highly motivated RNs/LPNs to make a difference in the lives of these children and their families. The right candidate will be joining a team that is like a family with competitive wages and opportunities for advancement. Our staffing ratios allow for wholistic care for the pediatric population, serving with one nurse and one CNA for up to five children, with nurse on call for emergencies. Experience with tracheostomies and ventilators preferred, but we will invest training into willing candidates.
Pay: $33.00 – $47.00 per hour
Base wages are based off years of experience/certifications, shift/degree differentials to be discussed in the interview process
Adminstration is willing to invest in the right candidate.
