Gonzaga University’s Health Law Society and University of Washington medical students invite College of Nursing faculty and students to a panel discussion on “The COVID-19 Pandemic: Crisis Standards of Care & Health Inequities.”
Speakers from a number of backgrounds will discuss topics such as vaccine mandates, crisis standards of care and bioethics-related religious exemptions, to expose how already existing racial inequities in our health care system are exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The panel discussion will be followed by an opportunity to network.
