Faculty Invited to Participate – IPE opioid sessions

All College of Nursing Faculty are invited to participate as a faculty facilitator for the RESPECT interprofessional opioid education sessions that will be hosted throughout the month of February. The IPE opioid sessions provide students of diverse health professions the opportunity to collaborate in team-based care for a patient with pain who is taking opioids.

Members of the planning team will facilitate each session, but we are recruiting additional small group facilitators for one or more IPE sessions. If you are interested in supporting this effort, you may sign up here: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D4AA5AE2AA7F8C16-20221

We will host a virtual faculty facilitator workshop on Monday, February 7 from 4:10 – 4:40 pm.  This will be the best opportunity to have your questions answered by our team. All faculty facilitators are expected to participate in the workshop, whether virtually or by way of watching the recording.  ***Please RSVP to Jennifer Anderson if you plan to attend the virtual workshop, after which you will receive the calendar invitation with Zoom link.***

We’re grateful for your consideration of this invitation to help students improve quality of care for patients with potential substance use disorders!
