The College of Nursing Blue questionnaires had not been updated in many years and suffered from poor formatting, lack of focus, and low response rates. We have updated the college-wide questionnaires, starting this semester. These changes were developed in partnership with program directors and multiple faculty members at the CON. The updated questionnaire is simpler, clearer, and also allows for a free-response/open-ended input for students. Linked is a draft of the questionnaire. (CON-specific questions are questions #1-5)
