The goal of this study is to connect with families in Spokane’s East Central Neighborhood, engage in a shared participatory process, and develop priorities addressing environmental and neighborhood conditions addressing the health of low-income children. Issues are to address residents’ perceptions of neighborhood strengths and assets as well as needs and problems.
