I have been a proud member of the faculty of the College of Nursing since 2000, having taught pediatrics, community health, and my current assignment – geriatrics and fundamentals of nursing. I’ve also taught physical assessment to the nurse practitioner students and undergraduate nursing students. I am a family nurse practitioner, specializing in women’s health. I currently split my work time between WSU and a private gynecologic practice. I am passionate about women’s issues, social justice, empowering nurses to make a difference, and compassionate end-of-life care.
