This opportunity is available to both internal staff and external applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shifts: FT, PT, and PRN. DAYS and NIGHTS available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Provide skilled care to our patient(s) requiring professional nursing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare documentation accurately, timely, and according to NCP policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing observations and care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Current state licensure as an LPN or RN required in the state of (WA).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LPN or RN with home health experience is preferred but not required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured, in accordance with state and\/or organization requirements, and in good working order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
