Learn more about Nice\u2019s mission and model of care directly from our Co-Founder and CEO, Thompson Aderinkomi, at nice.healthcare\/about<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do at Nice:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DAY Shift offering 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8\/8:30am-5:00pm PST<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FTE: 0.8375-1.0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salary: $120,640 &#8211; $125,000 (at 1.0 FTE)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in a virtual weekend rotation every 4th weekend (Sat\/Sun 7:00am-10:00am PST)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide both in-person and virtual patient care based on market specific needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit both in-house and outside referrals based on patient needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work independently as well as collaborate with an integrated care team including mental health, and physical therapy providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to Nice Healthcare&#8217;s mission to change how people get and experience healthcare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>This is a hybrid position and candidate must reside in Spokane, WA to be considered for the role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a Master\u2019s Degree in Nursing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have CPR\/BLS certification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have national certification from ANCC\/AANP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a current unrestricted license in WA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to lift a 30 lb bag frequently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have an insured vehicle in a safe and acceptable condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clean driving record with a valid driver\u2019s license (background check will be completed upon job offer)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have space to maintain and store supplies for in-person visits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re a time management wizard &#8211; attentive to various patient needs and able to transition between patient needs quickly and efficiently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re comfortable with and excited about using technology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You enjoy working on the road, being out in the community and can commit to a full day of being behind the wheel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re proficient in phlebotomy skills, or you\u2019re looking forward to learning these skills and becoming a phlebotomy pro. No experience? No problem.
