We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage patients in skilled nursing, long term care facilities, and assisted living facilities. In this position, you will make daily rounds Monday through Friday, providing care to patients along with creating relationships with all members of the patient\u2019s healthcare team. DAIYA Healthcare is a multi-specialty group, and support is available when needed.<\/p>\n
Primary Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Work in partnership with DAIYA staff and facility leadership
\nProvide compassionate care for patients in our facilities
\nCollaborate care with the patient\u2019s healthcare team
\nAttend facility meetings as necessary
\nComplete all documentation in EHR
\nRequired Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Current, unrestricted NP or PA Washington state license, or ability to obtain
\nDEA license, or ability to obtain
\nNational Certification, or ability to obtain
\nExperience working in nursing homes a plus

Potential Earnings of $140,000 plus
