Andrea Perry ’11, was somehow put in the right place at the right time at last Thursday’s Washington State v. Utah game. Coug fan Rob Martin, of Seattle, was also attending the PAC-12 Conference game that night.
Martin began feeling unwell during the game when Perry, an emergency room nurse, and her husband Ryan, a nurse anesthetist, noticed his sudden decline. The Ryans jumped into action in the midst of the first quarter of the game. They performed lifesaving saving CPR and revived Martin.
