Are you interested in having a say in university policy? Curious about how the things like the academic calendar and graduation requirements are decided? Serve as a WSU College of Nursing Senator!
The purpose of the Faculty Senate is to exercise the legislative powers delegated to it and to make recommendations to the President and appropriate administrative officials of the University and, through the President, to the Board of Regents on matters affecting the general welfare of Washington State University and its educational, research, and service activities.

FGO Health Policy Advisory Committee
Please consider joining FGO’s newest committee– the Health Policy Advisory Committee!
As part of this committee, you will: Monitor legislative, regulatory and policy issues relevant to the College of Nursing faculty, staff, and and make recommendations for policy positions or actions to the appropriate governing body, administrator, or person responsible for local, state, or federal policy
Develop position statements with supporting documentation on policy issues and engage CON faculty in the policy process.
