On Wednesday, April 14, WSU will be celebrating the 6th annual #CougsGive! The annual #CougsGive campaign is a one-day fundraising event asking the Cougar Family to come together in support of WSU and college-specific priorities. The College of Nursing will be focusing this year’s campaign on the Dean’s Excellence Fund and how supporting the College of Nursing also supports our communities through faculty and student involvement. Through the generosity of our College alumni and donors, we hope to have multiple challenges that will be taking place throughout the day. Additionally, we encourage you to join us in participating in these challenges! Whether you post a photo tagging the College of Nursing on social media to show your Cougar spirit, or help us reach a milestone financial goal, your contribution matters. There are multiple ways you can help support the College of Nursing during #CougsGive:
- Sign up to be a #CougsGive Ambassador: Do you love social media or have a strong social media presence? Online Ambassadors will share and post information regarding the College and our priorities, up to and including the day of the online event. The WSU Foundation is working with an online tracking system which will keep track of all traffic that you direct to the #CougsGive site, as well as all gifts that are generated from your posts and/or shares…..Amazing! - Give a gift at any level! Agree to support the College of Nursing with a gift at any level to a program of your choice on Wednesday, April 14th #CougsGive day! Your gifts can be made at https://cougsgive.wsu.edu/giving-day/35056/department/35058.
- Share a photo of your Cougar spirit and tag a College of Nursing social media account.
