With the launch of Workday, new program codes must be used for mailing from the college. The new mail code chart has been posted on the wall in the first floor workroom. These ‘PG’ numbers replace the old 2, 4-digit budget-project numbers. This will help when someone is filling out a shipping request form and needs a budget-project instead of the 3-digit mail code. We still use the 3-digit code on envelopes. The program numbers are needed when filling out the shipping request form when shipping larger items.
