Dear faculty,
Please note that your class may be impacted by the planned Blackboard outage. Blackboard Learn will be unavailable for an upgrade from 2:30 p.m. (PST), Wednesday, January 13 until 6:30 a.m. (PST), Thursday, January 14. This upgrade cannot be postponed nor rescheduled.
If you have classes or office hours over Zoom during this timeframe, please be aware that your students will not be able to log into Blackboard to join the Zoom meeting via the “JOIN” button. As such, we recommend that you send your students the direct link for the Zoom meeting to your class via email.
After the outage window, Blackboard and its tools will function as normal with no loss of your existing course materials.
