What kinds of movements is your mom currently able to do on a daily basis?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n “Daily she is able to walk, while it can be more of a shuffle she can progress in a forward motion and she can move her arms, hands and fingers.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n Have you noticed any specific exercises or movements that help her the most?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n “Not anything specifically however listening to music seems to awaken her brain and she wants to move to it.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n What are some of the biggest barriers to exercise that your mom faces?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n “Our mom has orthopedic issues in addition to Parkinson’s.
