Non-Pharmacological Approaches to Treating Sleep Disorders

At the end of the presentation, participants will be able to describe the primary mechanisms which regulate sleep; describe the diagnostic criteria needed to diagnosis sleep disorders, specifically chronic insomnia and obstructive sleep apnea; and describe non-pharmacological approaches to treating sleep disorders.
