This online certificate course offers increasingly advanced training and project supervision in Lean Six Sigma methods. Based on the Toyota Production System, Lean focuses on improving efficiency, eliminating waste, and producing a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving. Use of Lean Six Sigma is increasingly common in the hospital and clinic setting and has led to significant cost savings and improved patient care
The focus of this course is to develop competencies in and understanding of the concepts, tools, and techniques used when completing projects within your organization. Students who take this course meet the requirements needed to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification exam with the Project Management Institute.
