If you are having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or are concerned about losing control in some way, professional consultation can help you manage your thoughts and feelings so that you and others are safe.

Counseling Services handles all crises confidentially and with sensitivity.

Crisis consultation telephone:

509-324-7338 or 324-7203 (Mon.-Fri. 8 am - 5:30 pm), (all year, except University holidays). When you call, a staff member will contact the staff Psychologist, who will arrange to meet with you or will return your call as quickly as possible.

509-335-4511 (After hours/weekends/holidays) 24-hour crisis telephone consultation available from staff at Counseling Services, WSU Pullman [toll free call if you are calling on the WSU system].

You can also call the Spokane City Crisis Line: 509-838-4428. Offers information, assistance & referral, 24 hrs./7 days a week.

Spokane Sexual Assault Center: 509-624-7273 (RAPE). A 24-hour rape crisis line.
