Registered Nurse to Master of
Nursing
Accelerated RN to MN and Alternate Pathway to MN
Programs
The Accelerated RN to MN Program is for RNs completing their first bachelor’s degree in the RN to BSN Program. RNs apply to the MN program to take up to 6 MN credits to replace 6 RNB credits during the RN to BSN program. Upon completion of the BSN, files are again reviewed for admission to the MN program.
The Alternate Pathway Program is for RNs with a BA/BS in another field. RNs meet nursing pre-reqs for the RNB program and complete the Nurs 360 and Nurs 440 courses through WSU College of Nursing. RNs apply to the WSU Graduate School and the College of Nursing MN program. Contact your RNB advisor for more information.
