- Online BSNs submit colored passport photo; WSU bills student account and the College of Nursing mails photo ID to student when completed.
- Classroom BSNs have photo taken on college site and WSU bills student account
- List name, e.g.: John Smith, RN, CCRN, WSU RN to BSN student

Clinical Course Attire
- BSNs wear attire appropriate for the setting; school uniforms are not required.
