If you applied for fall 2013 or spring 2014 and would like to apply again for spring 2015, please make sure all of your course work entries are up to date. Course work and transcripts must be current through spring 2014 term.

Once your application is updated:

  • Click Designations from My Application
  • Type Washington State University into the first search field and click search.
  • Select the correct designation (WSU, EWU, Whitworth, Transfer, Yakima, or Tri-Cities) and don't forget to submit!

You only need to complete the following sections of the application; all other sections will not be reviewed:

  • Biographic Information
  • Personal Data
  • Background Information
  • Secondary (High) School, Colleges Attended & College Degrees
  • Coursework
  • *Tests
  • **Document Upload - for help, please see NursingCAS Instructions for Document Upload
  • Privacy Statement
  • Designations - Select only one
  • E-submit

*Your adjusted total individual score on the TEAS test should be entered on the Test section of your NursingCAS application. If you submit your application before you have taken the TEAS test, just log in and enter your scores as soon as they are available.

**You will also need to upload the Individual Performance Profile (results transcript) showing your TEAS results in the Document Upload section and attach the document to our designation (WSU).  Your TEAS results can be saved as a PDF and then uploaded into your application.  Refer to the NursingCAS Instructions for Document Upload page and NursingCAS Designations page. This upload can be done after your application is submitted but must be added by the TEAS deadline of September 15, 2014.
